Hey everyone!
We're in Prague right now, staying at the International Baptist Theological Seminary (IBTS) in their hotel, which is very nice. We spent the day today in the city and will do the same tomorrow; this is a relaxing time at the end of our mission trip, meant to unwind us after all our busy-ness last week. I would say it's working, but this city is too amazing to realy relax. The castle, cathedrals, Charles Bridge, and Old Town Square, all of which we saw today, are all unbelievably beautiful.
(And Mission Impossible was filmed here.)
I have to head to bed, but will write more next time I'm online. This evening when we got back to IBTS Dee enjoyed sitting in the window looking out onto a wooded Czech hill where mist hung in the trees and she could see people hiking. It's beautiful here and beautiful in the city itself. We can do nothing but thank God for giving us this trip!

Hey Stott and Dee,
Thanks for the update. We miss you guys, too. Hey, Christine added this nifty little gadget to our blog. It is a world map and places a dot over the places where our blog has been viewed. The strange thing is there have been dots over Finland, England and Australia! You guys didn't go to Helsinki, did you? I don't know, maybe my good friend, Jari Kurri, was checking up on us!
Peace and Love,
Matt
Good to hear you guys are having such a great time. I was just talking about you guys tonight, we have started an aerobics class at KBC. You would have a blast Dee!
Hope you get a chance to unwind on the plane trip home...don't waste the chance to see the city there.
Blessings,
Bev and Shawn
Hey guys! Glad you're having a great time:). Elijah was talking about you, Dee, yesterday. He misses you guys!:( I am glad to be able to tell him that we'll see you in July:)
Take care! Love, Christine and the boys xoxoxoxox
Prague is beautiful city with architecture going back to the middle ages. I was impressed by the Prague castle, the old town's powder gate tower and the famous astronomical clock. I had a chance to explore the Jewish quarter, also fascinating (the Spanish synagogue is not to be missed). St. Vitus's Cathedral rivals Notre Dame as a massive, buttressed church: it also houses the tomb of "Good King Wenceslas". Charles Bridge is a treasure, a great beauty. Also I liked, that when I searched for accommodation, many of Prague hotels offer free transfers from airport. The easiest and best way find accommodation in Internet!
Prague is amazing city. Just look around at the great monuments, the Prague Castle with the Golden Lane and the St Vitus Cathedral, the facades in different colors and styles along the Vltava, the 1001 peaks all around, the numerous cathedrals, basilicas, churches, synagogues, the national theater, the lovely little alleys and so much more.
