Emily Scoots...Then Crawls!!!

This was taken 2 days ago- when Emily could just slide around backwards on her tummy by pushing with her hands:


This happened tonight-Sat., Jan. 26- for the first time she actually crawled!!!:


These are some pics I took of Emmy this morning- the sunlight is perfect, and she has such thoughtful expressions (note the furrowed brow:), and pretty green eyes!

Well done to get that video of the first crawl! Hooray! As I watched it I literally broke out in song singing "A whole new world..." (I think from the Little Mermaid, isn't it?) Anyhow, hope the baby gates are ready and you can enjoy some time with her crawling around...she can go get her own toys instead of calling for you to come and "change things up"!! Exciting times!
