We're off to NS for 3 whole weeks! We decided to take 3/4 of our vaca together so we could have lotsa time to relax and time to see everybody...so we leave Friday morning (27th) and we'll be back Aug 22. We'll also be going to the United Baptist Convention in Wolfville (oh the memories...) in Aug., so we're looking forward to seeing our church family again at that (3 couples are coming from our church). Anyways, we're looking forward to seeing everyone and showing off our little Em-Bem. Please call us at the Kohlers- that's where we'll be!
Love, dee, scott and emily><>
PS- we're working on changing our profile picture...one day it will have all three of us!:)
We met in Sept. 2004 and were happily married in June 2005! We are enjoying the adventure of being the pastor and wife of a church in New Brunswick. We have 2 kids- Emily who's 5 and Owen is 3. We'd love to hear from you so please leave a comment to let us know you stopped by!

Joyful in July!
Hi everyone! Sorry for the long time between posts! Em is down for a nap so here's a little update with lotsa pics:). Steph Esson came to visit this month to meet Emily, and it was so great to see her!! She knows how to make babies sleep- all that experience with nephews- Andrew, and Devin and new niece Keltie:)
Also- we had an awesome visit with Scotts parents who came up for a few days and then came back a few days later for a week- it was so nice to have them and I was able to catch up on some sleep!:P I love them so much and am so thankful for them! One thing they did while they were here was put in new flooring into the office and nursery for us (we switched those rooms, btw)! Also we visited St Andrews while they were here, where we had a hilarious restaurant incident and went to see these huge gardens there which papa Kohler was super excited to see (he's a gardener himself:). We also went to a a few camps (cottages) these past couple of weeks, which you have to boat to- so Emily had to wear a life jacket and go in a boat for the first time- she did great, but you can't blame her for not liking the jacket- she looked like a Cabbage Patch Doll in it!
In Emily news, she is getting chubby little legs! She kicks constantly and is getting stronger and bigger everyday! BUT, after giving us a string of 6 hour nights, now she seems to be hitting a growth spurt and eating every 3-4 hours again:( So I'm not getting much sleep right now, but Scott is helping as much as he can- the other night I asked him to get me a cloth for changing Emily and he was so tired that when it didn't come I didn't think anything of it...well the next morning I found it in Emily's bed!:) He had put it on the side of her bassinet and forgotten about it! Anyways, we're doing well and Emily's doing great, but we're both pretty tired:)
(I'm gonna have to label pics later when I have more time!:)
